Regional Service Manager
Location: North Central Region – Baltimore/Washington Metro Area
This position will manage a defined service territory of the North Central Region, to ensure corporate response time and KPI standards are met by technicians. The RM role will have 8-10 field service technicians as direct reports. The candidate must have excellent administrative and computer skills to review and approve PTO, worked hours and expenses within ADP and Concur. A qualified candidate will reside in or near the Baltimore/Washington Metro area.
Location: Sparks, MD
This role works directly with the Sales and IST team and provides comprehensive administrative support on various proposals, presentations, and other projects. The skill sets requires a candidate to be highly proficient with all Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with bank teller experience are preferred.
Cash Handling Service Technician
- Washington, DC OR Montgomery County, MD area
This experienced position will service cash handling equipment purchased by customers and works independently in a field-driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Thorough knowledge of basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is required.
Security Service Technician
- Miami, FL
This opportunity is for an experienced electronic security equipment technician. Safes, locks, remote (drive-up) and CCTV experience is preferred. Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, repair and installation of equipment purchased by customers. Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Valid driver’s license is required.
Electronic Security Installer
- Cumberland OR Hagerstown, MD OR Pittsburgh, PA
- Lynchburg OR Richmond, VA
This experienced position performs tasks involving the installation of electronic security systems to include: alarm systems, cameras and digital video recorders, and access control systems. Training will be provided for the specific products we offer. These installations can take place in new construction or a retro-fit environment. In addition to electronic security installations, the installer may be asked to assist with the installation of bank specific equipment to include safes, vaults, ATMs, night depositories, pneumatic drive-up systems, and cash dispensers. Performing service on both electronic systems and bank specific equipment may also be required. The person that will be successful in this position will be a self-starter, able to take directions well from lead installers, and able to problem solve & provide solutions. A construction or electronics background will be beneficial. Basic computer skills is a requirement. This position requires overnight travel and second shift work up to 2 nights per week. The Installer must also adapt well to change. Flexibility with schedule is a key component.
