Alarm Monitoring Coordinator

Location:

  • Sparks, MD (Corporate Office)

The Alarm Monitoring Coordinator will assist the Customer Support Manager on various tasks to include comprehensive administrative support on various proposals, presentations, and reporting of alarm monitoring.   This position will provide customer support over the phone and email.

In addition, this position will be cross trained on taking service calls, dispatching them to the appropriate technician to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.

 

Customer Advocate

Location:

  • Sparks, MD (Corporate Office)

We have a position to provide comprehensive administrative support and customer service to national customers and the Director, Customer Advocacy.  This position will be the “point of contact” for escalated service issues and maintain the customer’s goodwill by facilitating the highest level of customer satisfaction.  A candidate must have strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  This role will also assist with project management support including planning, implementation and tracking of projects.   Ideal candidates will also have advanced reporting & data analysis skills.

 

 

Sales Support Specialist

Location:

  • Sparks, MD (Corporate Office)

This role works directly with the Sales and IST team and provides comprehensive administrative support on various proposals, presentations, and other projects.  The skill set requires a candidate to be highly proficient with all of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with bank teller experience are preferred.

 

Security Service Technician

Locations:

  • Miami, FL
  • Newark, DE OR Philadelphia, PA
  • Montgomery OR Evergreen, AL
  • Norfolk OR Hampton, VA

This opportunity is for an experienced electronic security equipment technician.  Safes, locks, remote (drive-up) and CCTV experience is preferred.  Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment purchased by customers.  Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Valid driver’s license is required.

 

Cash Handling Service Technician

Locations:

  • Atlanta, GA
  • Newark, NJ
  • Gainesville, FL (ATM/Security Hybrid position)

This experienced position will service cash handling equipment purchased by customers and works independently in a field-driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Thorough knowledge of basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is required.

 

Electronic Security Installer

Locations:

  • Pittsburgh, PA, Morgantown, WV, Uniontown, PA OR Cumberland, MD
  • Philadelphia OR King of Prussia, PA
  • Rockville, Germantown OR Baltimore, MD

This experienced position performs tasks involving the installation of electronic security systems to include: alarm systems, cameras and digital video recorders, and access control systems. Training will be provided for the specific products we offer. These installations can take place in new construction or a retro-fit environment. Travel and overnight work will be required. In addition to electronic security installations, the installer may be asked to assist with the installation of bank specific equipment to include safes, vaults, ATMs, night depositories, pneumatic drive-up systems, and cash dispensers. Performing service on both electronic systems and bank specific equipment could also be required. This position requires overnight traveling. Minimum of 4 years’ experience installing or servicing electronic security systems.

 

Entry Level Installer

Location:

  • Charlotte, NC
  • Pittsburgh, PA

This position involves the installation of bank specific equipment to include: vaults, safes, pneumatic tubing systems, CCTV, alarm systems, safe deposit boxes, ATM’s and cash dispensers.  These installations can take place in new construction or a retro fit environment. The person that will be successful in this position will be a self-starter and be able to problem solve and provide solutions. A construction background will be beneficial in understanding how to adapt our equipment without creating conflicts for other trades.  A thorough knowledge or basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. This position requires overnight traveling. The person must also adapt well to change since our scheduling is tied to a construction schedule which is constantly changing. Flexibility is a key component.
