This is the Privacy Policy of WITTENBACH BUSINESS SYSTEMS, LLC (“Wittenbach”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) and describes the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information gathered through all Wittenbach websites, including www. wittenbach.com  (hereinafter “Websites” or “Sites”) and through the WBS Portal and other Wittenbach applications (hereinafter “Apps”) (together hereinafter “Services”).

Wittenbach is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of information it collects through its Websites and Apps. Please read the following carefully. Your use of the Websites and Apps is governed by this Privacy Policy, along with Wittenbach’s Terms and Conditions (available here: https://wittenbach.com/terms-conditions/). Our Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions do not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

By using our Sites and Apps, you are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Sites and Apps. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of our Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. Your continued use of our Sites and Apps following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

  • Revisions to this Privacy Policy. Any information that is collected via our Services is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. Information You Provide When Sign-In. If you sign up for an account with Us, you will provide Us your name, unique account name and your email address. You may be able to register using your user credentials to certain social media sites, such as Facebook, Google+ or Twitter (“Social Networks”).

Information You Choose to Share on Your Social Networks. If you choose to link the Platform to your Social Networks, Facebook, Google+ or Twitter will share with Us information from your social networks based on their privacy policies and only with your consent.

Information You Provide as One-Time Request. You may provide Us with certain information when you submit a request, claim or event on our Apps or to Us.

Surveys and Other Feedback. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information about you.

  • How Do We Use Your Information. Our primary purposes for the collection and processing of information is to provide our Services (to perform our contract with you), to improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services, to market the Services to you, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services. More Opt-out on Apps. You have choices when it comes to how Apps function on your mobile device. Access to or availability of controls may vary depending on your device. You may be able to:

  • Manage location information by using your built-in mobile device settings and controls;
  • Manage/restrict in-app purchases by using your built-in mobile device settings and controls; or
  • Block navigation to the web by turning off network access on the device or turning off the browser.

Please note that opting out does not mean that you will stop seeing all advertisements.

  • The Security of Your Information. We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of any information.

Our Website and Apps are not intended for use by people under 13 and We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian before you are permitted to use the Services; if you are over 13 but not yet 18, you must also have Our consent.  If we learn that we have collected information of an individual under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.  If you are under 18, you must contact us before using the Websites or Apps to assure Us that you have fulfilled these conditions.

In order to protect your information, We may need to verify your identity (that you are the persona about whom We collected personal information) before processing your request. In some cases We may need to collect additional information to verify your identity, such as a government issued ID.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if We cannot verify your identity and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Please understand due to very limited personal information We received, We might not be able to verify your identity and process your request.
