Contract Maintenance
Wittenbach can customize a service contract to meet your needs. Standard contract terms are 3 years but discounts are available for longer durations. Our standard service contract offerings include:
- Comprehensive: Travel, Parts and Labor. Includes emergency service and 1 or 2 “PMs” per year (equipment specific).
- Maintenance: Travel and Labor included. Parts billed (upon approval if requested). Includes emergency service and 1 or 2 “PMs” per year (equipment specific).
- Preventative Maintenance: Travel and Labor included. Parts billed (upon approval if requested). 1 or 2 “PMs” per year (equipment specific).
Locksmith Services
We service all manufacturers of bank equipment including vaults, safes, safe deposit boxes, teller under counter systems and night depositories. Field Service Technicians carry a range of parts, locks, and key blank that allow them to repair or reconfigure most locks on location. We support our team with a full-service lock shop located in Charlotte, NC, staffed by master locksmiths and highly experienced bench technicians.

Time and Materials
Wittenbach will service your older / obsolete equipment on a time and materials basis. This allows you to closely monitor the cost of maintenance and plan for replacement accordingly. We maintain a large inventory of obsolete equipment so we are able to refurbish parts and keep your older equipment running longer.

Your branch controls when locks are removed and installed and all the “noisy work” is completed in our state of the art lock-shop, so customer disruption is completely avoided.

Desk-Top Coin and Currency Counters
Wittenbach offers a depot repair and refurbishment service for desk top coin and currency machines in our Technical Support Center. Rotating this equipment through for cleaning and preventative maintenance saves our customers on costly repairs and replacements.
