Through our Training Center in Sparks, MD, all new technicians participate in a comprehensive instructional program on each product they will service. As products change and technology evolves, technicians continue their training, developing new and progressive skills. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Our Technical Support staff has over fifty years of experience in the industry and is a valuable source of information for our customers, field service representatives and account managers. The Technical Support staff is responsible for service training, equipment and printed circuit board repair and managing Depot Repair programs.
Because our staff is skilled on a wide variety of products by many manufacturers, Wittenbach Business Systems can be the single source for maintaining all of your cash handling and security equipment.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT CENTER
Wittenbach Business Systems is proud of our newly designed Technology Support Center in Sparks, MD. The center houses our Training Center, Technical Support Department and Resource Library. Our Resource Library is an accumulated collection of service manuals and technical documentation of products from most major manufacturers. The Technology Support Center also accommodates Depot Repair programs, such as printer and validator repair.
