Wittenbach Business Systems, Inc. Acquires Steele Services LLC to Expand Range of Services to Financial Institutions
Sparks, MD – February 22, 2008 – Wittenbach Business Systems (WBS) today announced the completion of its acquisition of Steele Services, a rigging, installation, and storage services provider for financial institutions, broadening WBS’ range of in house services.
Steele Services, a privately held company founded in 1999, brings to WBS the expertise and assets required to install heavy steel products including: vaults, safes, night depositories, teller windows, safe deposit boxes, and full function ATMs. The company also brings expanded capability of equipment refurbishment and storage to assist financial institutions with branch relocations and consolidations.
