Security Sales Account Manager, NC Territory

This position will be responsible for promoting and soliciting the sale of WBS security products and services represented by WBS.  The prospective customers will be in an assigned geographic area, Charlotte or Raleigh territory, assigned by individual accounts, by products, or vendor.

Must be currently selling physical and electronic security products to Financial Institutions.

Successful Candidates must be able to:

  • Obtain expertise in equipment being sold to include the features/applications and benefits of those products.
  • Have an awareness level of the industry and the competition that WBS is selling against.
  • Develop and maintain a prospective sales list.
  • Complete monthly forecasts and submit to management on a timely basis.
  • Identify and reach the "decision maker" prior to making the sales calls.
  • Properly prepare for each sales call made.
  • Maintain the appropriate amount of activity at each level of the sales cycle in order to keep the "pipeline" flowing.
  • Keep record of the sales calls activity and database of contacts.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Support Specialist Technician, Sparks, MD

This role is responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment purchased by customers and works independently in field driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installation on TCA, Quick-Change and Mini-ATM equipment purchased by customers.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on coin and currency equipment.
  • Provide in field support to Field Service Representatives.
  • Conduct equipment refurbishing.
