Dispatch service technology model and diagramWittenbach has invested in technology to make opening and tracking service calls as simple as possible for our customers.  Calls are dispatched to service technicians via a web portal, email or phone. Our technicians provide continual status updates via custom smart phone technology to ensure consistent, reliable service for our customers. We report on response time, resolution and service level agreement from the customer level down to the individual service ticket.
