Electronic Security Installer (experienced)

This experienced position performs tasks involving the installation of electronic security systems to include: alarm systems, cameras and digital video recorders, and access control systems. Training will be provided for the specific products we offer. These installations can take place in new construction or a retro-fit environment. Travel and overnight work will be required. In addition to electronic security installations, the installer may be asked to assist with the installation/rigging of bank specific equipment to include safes, vaults, ATMs, night depositories, pneumatic drive-up systems, and cash dispensers. Performing service on both electronic systems and bank specific equipment could also be required. This position requires overnight traveling on a weekly basis.  Minimum of 4 years’ experience installing or servicing electronic security systems.

Installation Rigger (entry level)

This entry level position involves the rigging and installation of bank equipment to include: vaults, safes, pneumatic tubing systems, CCTV, alarm systems, safe deposit boxes, ATM’s and cash dispensers.  These installations can take place in new construction or a retro fit environment. The person that will be successful in this position will be a self-starter and be able to problem solve and provide solutions.  A construction background will be beneficial in understanding how to adapt our equipment without creating conflicts for other trades.  A thorough knowledge or basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. This position requires overnight travel. The person must also adapt well to change since our scheduling is tied to a construction schedule which is constantly changing. Flexibility is a key component.

Security Service Technician

This opportunity is for an experienced electronic security equipment technician.  Safes, locks, remote (drive-up) and CCTV experience is preferred.  Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, repair and installation of equipment purchased by customers.  Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Valid driver’s license is required.

Cash Handling Service Technician

This experienced position will service cash handling equipment purchased by customers and works independently in a field-driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Thorough knowledge of basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required.

Entry Level Service Technician

This entry level position will be trained to complete preventive maintenance on equipment purchased by customers and works independently in a field driven capacity to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Thorough knowledge of basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. A valid driver’s license required.

Sales Account Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an individual with outstanding selling abilities to join our team.  This position will be responsible for the development and managing the sale of ATM, Cash handling, Physical & Electronic Security Solutions.  Current selling experience of the above equipment or other solutions to Financial Institutions is a definite plus.  A qualified candidate must be able to travel.

Customer Service Representative

This role is responsible for taking service calls, dispatching them to the appropriate technician to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.  A qualified candidate will have 1+ years of administrative background in a professional office environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy in spreadsheets and word processing.

Inventory Coordinator

This position will assist with the oversight of monitoring and reporting on the company’s inventory levels. The responsibilities will include reviewing daily inventory exceptions, assisting with procurement needs, communicating with technicians & support staff on transactional discrepancies.

If you are the right person for this position, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, previous experience with Navision or other inventory management systems along with purchasing or procurement processes, knowledge & skills.

ITM Support Specialist II

This role is responsible for the technical services of our internal and external customers on all equipment installed or serviced by WBS, specializing in ITM/ATM technician & end user support.  A qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years industry experience, thorough knowledge of basic electronics, strong mechanical aptitude and must have proficient computer, inventory control & PC skills and an understanding of TCP/IP networks.  This position may also require traveling and on-site customer support as needed.

Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator will execute effective customer-focus, full-service contract billing processes.  This is a high-profile role within the Company and will require daily interactions with customers, sales account managers and management.  The main responsibilities are to prepare and invoice contract billing to customers for all functions within the organization.  The contract administrator will perform contract billing by either function, customer or product type to be designated by the Billing Manager.  A qualified candidate will have 2+ years of professional billing experience.

Billing Specialist

We have an excellent opportunity for a Billing Specialist in our Sparks, MD Office.  The Billing Specialist will establish and execute effective and customer focused full-service billing processes.  This is a high-profile role within the Company and will require daily interactions with customers and management.  The main responsibilities are to process billable invoices to customers for all functions within the organization.  A billing specialist will perform specialized billing by either function, customer, or product type to be designated by the Billing Manager.  A qualified candidate will have 2+ years of professional billing experience and strong communication and computer skills.
