Security Service Technician

This opportunity is for an experienced electronic security equipment technician.  Safes, locks, remote (drive-up) and CCTV experience is preferred.  Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, repair and installation of equipment purchased by customers.  Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Valid driver’s license is required.

 

Cash Handling Service Technician

Locations:

  • Dover OR Middletown, DE

This experienced position will service cash handling equipment purchased by customers and works independently in a field-driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Thorough knowledge of basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is required.

 

 

Customer Service Representative

This position is responsible for taking service calls and dispatching them to the appropriate technician to ensure the highest level of customer service possible. In addition, other duties include, maintaining our customer database and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members on the customer service team. This team works in a call center environment.

The position will report to the corporate office located in Sparks, MD.

 

Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist will establish and execute effective customer focused full-service billing processes. This is a high-profile role within the Company and will require daily interactions with customers and management. The main responsibilities are to process billable invoices to customers for all functions within the organization. A billing specialist will perform specialize billing by either function, customer, or product type to be designated by the Billing Manager.

The position will report to the corporate office located in Sparks, MD.
