Electronic Security Installer (experienced)

This experienced position performs tasks involving the installation of electronic security systems to include: alarm systems, cameras and digital video recorders, and access control systems. Training will be provided for the specific products we offer. These installations can take place in new construction or a retro-fit environment. Travel and overnight work will be required. In addition to electronic security installations, the installer may be asked to assist with the installation/rigging of bank specific equipment to include safes, vaults, ATMs, night depositories, pneumatic drive-up systems, and cash dispensers. Performing service on both electronic systems and bank specific equipment could also be required. This position requires overnight traveling on a weekly basis.  Minimum of 4 years’ experience installing or servicing electronic security systems.

Installer/Rigger (entry level)

This entry level position involves the rigging and installation of bank equipment to include: vaults, safes, pneumatic tubing systems, CCTV, alarm systems, safe deposit boxes, ATM’s and cash dispensers.  These installations can take place in new construction or a retro fit environment. The person that will be successful in this position will be a self-starter and be able to problem solve and provide solutions.  A construction background will be beneficial in understanding how to adapt our equipment without creating conflicts for other trades.  A thorough knowledge or basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. This position requires overnight travel. The person must also adapt well to change since our scheduling is tied to a construction schedule which is constantly changing. Flexibility is a key component.

Security Service Technician

This opportunity is for an experienced electronic security equipment technician.  Safes, locks, remote (drive-up) and CCTV experience is preferred.  Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, repair and installation of equipment purchased by customers.  Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Valid driver’s license is required.

Cash Handling Service Technician

This experienced position will service cash handling equipment purchased by customers and works independently in a field-driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must have superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to repair equipment problems to completion by making required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary. Thorough knowledge of basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required.

Fleet/Warehouse Support Specialist

The position will provide administrative support to the Fleet and Warehouse operations.  Primary responsibilities include assisting Fleet management with daily operational and reporting activities associated with our fleet operations. Providing administrative support for warehousing activities including processing equipment returns and exchanges, report distribution, processing part sales and transfers, as well as, coordinating freight shipments from manufacturers.

Sales Support Specialist

The Sale Support Specialist will establish and execute comprehensive administrative support to Sales Account Managers and/or Sales Division. This role will require daily interactions with Sales Managers, management, customers and manufacturers. The main responsibilities are to create and process sales proposals, presentations and/or other projects in a fast pace environment. This role will provide administrative support by either function, customer, or product type to be designated by the Sales Support Manager.  Candidates with bank teller experience is preferred.

Bench Lock Technician

This entry level role is responsible for the repair and alteration of locks and lock related products, key cutting and inventory maintenance. This position must interact in unison with all levels of the organization to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.  A qualified candidate will have a thorough knowledge of basic locks and a comprehensive computer aptitude.

Project Manager

We have a position for an experienced Project Manager that will provide traditional project management support including planning, implementation and tracking of projects. This position will provide administrative, customer service and project account management on a National account level. Ideal candidates will also have advanced reporting & data analysis skills and 10+ years’ experience.  A qualified candidate will be located in/near Charlotte, NC.

Customer Service Representative

This role is responsible for taking service calls, dispatching them to the appropriate technician to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.  A qualified candidate will have 1+ years of administrative background in a professional office environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy in spreadsheets and word processing.

Regional Service Manager-Georgia

This position will supervise a defined service territory to ensure corporate response time and KPI standards are met by technicians.  The RM role will have 10+  field service technicians as direct reports.  The candidate must have excellent administrative and computer skills to review and approve PTO, worked hours and expenses within ADP and Concur.  The candidate must have 5+ years working in the industry and preferable 1-2 years of management experience. This position must reside around the Atlanta area.
