Roger A. Wittenbach
Chairman / Owner
Roger is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Roger also works closely with our clients to ensure we are meeting their expectations and are a true partner in their business. Roger has over 40 years of industry experience and founded WBS in 1974.
CEO / Owner
David has a broad range of fiscal and strategic responsibilities and he manages the daily operation functions for the company. David has 40 years in the industry with MNC Financial, MBNA America and Bank of America. He has been with WBS since 2011 and is a certified Six Sigma Black-Belt.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt has responsibility for overseeing the financial, risk management, and contract functions for the company. Matt joined WBS in 2004. Prior to assuming the CFO role, he held positions as a Controller, a Financial Analyst, and was an Audit Associate with a Public Accounting/Professional Service firm. Matt holds a BS Degree in Accounting from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business, an MBA from the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Nathan oversees our Sales Division. Prior to joining WBS in 2004 Nathan was a consultant at Accenture and a product manager at BP. He earned his MBA in 2004. Nathan was VP, Sales Manager of Glory products prior to being promoted to SVP, Sales Division in January of 2013.
SVP, Human Resources
Suzanne implements and maintains a comprehensive Human Resources Department for the company. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Communications and completed her PHR and SPHR certifications in Human Resources. She previously worked at First Union National Bank and has been with WBS since 2001.
SVP, Southern Sales Manager
Doug supervises the Sales Division Southern Region to promote WBS’ various sales & service offerings. Doug joined WBS in 2008 when we acquired his installation company Steele Services. Doug has 20 years of industry experience and is a Navy veteran.
SVP, Support Services
Dan is responsible for the Technical Support department and Warehousing team. He directs the technical training of all field service representatives and oversees our in-house depot repair services and inventory management programs. Dan has been with WBS since 1989.
Don oversees the Service Division with responsibility from northern Pennsylvania to Florida. He also oversees our subcontracted service in states outside our core footprint. Don has over three decades of industry experience and has been with WBS since 1988. He has been a President’s Club winner multiple times.
SVP, Integration Solutions Team
Lew is responsible for the installation division. IST (Integration Solutions Team) provides integration of our customers systems as well as providing them new solutions to ensure quality end-products. Lew has over 25 years industry experience in rigging, installation and electronic security. He is well versed in project and installation management.
SVP, Quality and Productivity
Barry is responsible for the Sales Administration and Customer Service departments. He oversees pricing and project coordination, customer service, service dispatch, and contract management. He has over two decades of experience with MBNA America, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Barry has been with WBS since 2011 and is a certified Six Sigma Black-Belt.
